At Melchor Beef, our beef is Texas born and Texas grazed. We take pride in providing our customers with the highest quality grass-fed beef at an affordable price. Serving Texas, we offer a wide variety of cuts, including ribeye, T-bone, sirloin, fajita steaks, ribs, brisket, chuck roast, ground beef, and much more. Our meat is individually packaged, vacuum sealed, and individually labeled. Enjoy all the same cuts on 1/4 and 1/2 steer as if you order a whole steer.
